Venture Capitalist, Alec Brown has just earned his spot on the Board with a sizable investment of one (1) US dollar. These funds were origionally thought to lead to more development of Shock Awake's core product, but CEO, Todd Campbell made a daring ecomomic manuever and spent the dollar towards a pack of Camel Lights.
